Title: AH tracers look pretty lame

AH is a great game... But (always a but) the tracer smoke is.. well not that smoky. It looks like a pencile beeing shoot out and drawing a line after the tracer. It cant be that hard on FPS or Designers,, to make it more like real guncam smoke (I recon all of you once i your life have seen a B/W clip of a gun cam beeing fired).. just an idea.. make it more smoky (marlboro is fine)

if you dont like the tracers then turn them off.

Go to setup and i think its under flight.    i turn mine off once in a while to see how good i am with aiming.... i have them on now because i suck.

I don't know if its so much a whine as a casual obvservation...granted the graphics are up to date compared to other flight sims on the market, there's a reason for everything...HTC is only 7 employees whos main focus is to make this game available to everyone, not just high end machines.  The more you appeal to the masses, the more revenue you continue to enjoy.  An update to the graphics is certain in the future in order to survive, but right now, what this poster is pointing out is not that high on the "to do" list at this moment.  Plane set is a high priority.  I'm sure a list of other features is too.  But the "Wow, Cool" stuff that other sims offers isn't "up to date" in AH.

I just noticed the other day that the F4U-4 has smoke scares on the wings from the guns.  I thought that was kind of cool to see.  What would be cooler would be actually seeing the gun smoke trail off the wing.

As for the tracer smoke, ehhh, serves its purpose.  Not really sure I would put any additional time into it.
