P-47 acro @ Zeno's Drive-in (http://www.zenoswarbirdvideos.com/P-47.html)

Great video of a Razorback in action.

1/2 way thru the video a chart is shown warning the pilots about doing a split-s with too much speed.  @30k, 200 IAS, idle throttle: the chart illustrates the loss of altitude to be over 10k!  And at full throttle.. nose dart!?

Very Nice!
Thank you for the post. I am a hardcore Jug fan in AH. It is just about the ONLY fighter/attack plane I fly.
I am ALWAYS looking for more info, more pictures, more ANYTHING about the Jug.
I am currently flying the P47-11 full time. This model is I believe, the "Razor Back" version you speak of.
AGAIN! THANK YOU! and SALUTE!:)

Yeah I fly the D-11 as well a good tactick to toss off a green horn spit jokey is the sissors manuver with two notches of flaps.  It works every time. They either over shoot after the 3 or 4 th pass and you can bag them or he better yet they end up all over the hard deck

Also look at http://www.214th.com, under ww2 they got old footage on how to fly the Jug
