Here's a video I just made using Flash MX. It's from an HQ raid and is about 17MB. The music may be out of sync the first time it plays if the download speed can't keep up.
Click refresh to start it over once the download finishes.

Got it down to 8MB by reducing the video and sound quality. Also converted to avi.
