Title: Sounds

Have things changed recently (or not so recently) with sounds?

I have a bunch of custom sounds for cannons, etc. but not of them seem to be playing now.  They are called "20mm_3.wav" and the like, though they aren't in plane specific folders, just a general one.

They used to work, but now don't seem to.  Do I need to put them in plane specific folders now or is something else amiss?

Sorry it's been a while since I've played so I'm just trying to get back up to date. :)

They have to be in specific folders if you want them to change based on the plane you're flying, otherwise it will play the sounds as the default set.
They also have to be 8-bit mono.

Thanks for the quick reply, Superfly.

Turns out some of the sounds weren't 8 bit mono... go figure.  I've edited them and now it's all a-ok.
