Title: The new plane we really need in the MA

I've obviously been giving this more thought than anyone else and have decided we need a plane with the following characteristics:

• It must be able to hold its own against the perked aircraft but cannot dominate the early war rides
• It must outperform all aircraft in all areas without giving the pilot a specific advantage
• It must be popular enough to be used significantly, but not too much.
• When I shoot one down it must be because of my superior pilot skills.
• When I shoot someone down while I'm flying it.. it must also be because of my superior pilot skills
• Everyone must agree that it is needed
• Everyone must agree on what it should look like.
• Everyone must agree that the specs are correct.

This is all I'm asking for HTC.  If you were to give us several planes like this, there would be no need for the incessant whining that occurs today.

Please... just give us what we are really asking for.

AKDejaVu,

Isn't it obvious what kind of plane fits that description?

The P-61 misses my a narrow margin because its a little too slow to be competitive against most late war monsters.

But P-38 variants are almost that exactly that plane!
Of course we already have one, so we can move on to less important aircraft :D

We need something brown, green and silver with swastikas, a red blotch, USAAF markings , a red star and the british bullseye on - and it must be a B&z turner from the early/late war planeset, and in production numbers from 0 to 10000.  And i t needs bullets that goes straight for a 1000 yards OR drops off like manly pee on a cold winter night.

Must be getting close to V 1.10...The # of posts about what we need are getting tiresome...It's almost like dejavu from v1.90 ...
