Why do PT boats alway spawn in center ? Except at the ports.

Mighty good question.  I noticed that the other night when I attempted to spawn a PT boat to escort the LVT's to the beach off the coast of England.

Sundog, can you answer this one?  Also, how many pounds of bombs does it take to kill the vh-shed at the English Chain-Home radar stations?  Thanks.
