Is it possible to have a stall develop into a spin in AH? I have seen the 'flopping fish' but no spins. I haven't seen this discussed so I'd thought I would bring it up.

Yes, often if I push the tiffie to hard in a vertical (ie rope a dope) it goes into a uncontrolable tail slide which usually develops into a flat spin. ME262 is bad too, you cannot execute a vertical 'flip' (ie zoom, and pull her over at low speed), the 262 goes into a nose elevated spin.

I don't think I'd call it a flat spin, but I got into a wierd nose-down spin in a Pony a few weeks ago (I have minimal time in Ponies) that no amount of rudder, elevator, or aileron could correct (yes, I do know how to get out of spins)... after about 10k of altitude loss, I finally just shut off the engine, and that worked.
So... Yes, I think spins of some sort are possible in AH.

P-38s and Me262's are the easiest to flat spin on purpose (and to recover from said flat spin.. just cut 1 engine and voila! you become a normal nose down tumbling spin hehe).
Mossie has the nastiest flat spin of all.

Got a YakT into a flat spin i was never able to recover from. Unable to do anythin at all as it fell from about 17k...
