Title: just a friendly, but.... 5-0!!!
Post by: Nifty on May 17, 2002, 09:06:08 AM
hehe, we plastered Jamaica last night.  Don't mean a thing though, but it was nice to see some decent finishing from our side.

More injuries though, but sounds like Keller and Mathis will be fine.  Vanney might be a little worse for the wear though.

No offense to New Jersey natives, but sheesh, I never want to see the US National Team play in the Meadowlands again!  Horrible pitch.  At least the Holland match on Sunday is in the new CMGI stadium in Foxboro.  :)

USA wont be seeing that sort of scoreline against Holland- well not in their favour atleast.:p

Aww what the hell...congrats USA, a 5-0 win is a 5-0 win.:)

hehe, we have our moments sometimes.  Copa America 95.  USA 3 Argentina 0.  Sweeeeet.  ;)

1950 World Cup.  USA 1 England 0.  :D  So they are very few and very far between...  LOL

Correct...and why?  Because Holland (Netherlands) didn't qualify.

About 90% of the workforce in our factory is Mexican or Mexican American. USA beat Mexico last year 2-0. I really enjoyed the temporary morale drop that next day.  :)

Landon Donovan is from my hometown. Big news there.

They should make the goal smaller and get rid of the keeper. I say we invent our own version of American soccer......full contact!!
