I'm curious to know how exactly the GV spawns are chosen on the maps? In particular, what decided whether or not a base (VH or AF) can send GV's to another base or not?
Clearly, it's not distance, because these maps in the Main Arena are full of inconsistent spawning patterns. One base may be twice the distance of a close base, yet you are allowed to send GV's that direction and not to the close one.
The Mindinao map is particulary bad, but all of the maps currently used in the main arena have problem bases.
I would be more than willing to go through the maps, and generate a list of the problems...

Rule #7
Be the source of solutions, not the identifier of problems :D
Much of the spawn/not spawn may be based on not just distance, but terrain....and of course game ballance
