botabings post has made me think that it is time to bring up my perk idea again...
It works like this.. You can use your perks to subtract perks from another player.. The command would be something like, /. -500 points XXXXX ... You and player XXXXX would then both be deducted 500 perk points. The potential for amusement in such a command would be vast.

To say the least ;) lol at just the thought of being able to do it.

time to revisit the lazs "perk" idea.
Perk Lazs? Ok, sounds good :)

heheh
Laz: .-500 Beefcake
Host: Laz has lost 500 points
Host: Beefcake has lost 3 points
-
beef.. it is really quite simple. If you have 500 perk points to give up then you could indeed subtract 500 perk points from both yours and my perk point pool. I would welcome you doing so.... would save me the trouble.
If you only have three perk points then the maximum you could subtract from my perk points would be.... three.

Then you'd have to call 'em "jerk" points. Only a jerk would conceive of or use this procedure.

Take it easy there Arfann, It's not often a synapse happens in lazs head, soo when it does we just pat him on the back and send him back out into traffic. ;)
-
Laz what I was trying to show was you subtracting 500 points from me. Or trying to anyway but only had 3 so end the end you lost 500 and only lost 3....since thats all I had/have :D
-
beef... I suppose that no matter what number was typed in I would only lose as many points as you had up to that number.
lazs
-
arfann... No.... I would then call them "useful".

I rest my case.

animal, can you put one of your "lame thread" pics in here for me? thanks

I'd rather use the perks to buy soft-core porn to have on the background of the map. The price of the porn could be scaled accordingly. Say.. Rosie O'Donnel could be 0 perks and something with Natalie Portman in it could be 1000.
Its time to put those perk points to good use. Right now they're just collecting dust.

Perhaps HTC should create a Lazs arena, with all those wunderful ideas, if for no other reason than just to prove that no one, not even lazs, would ever fly there :D
-
This.... is..... the.... dumbest.... idea.... I've.... ever..... heard ..... in.... my .....life.
You can't be tha.....no, wait...... Yes. YOU CAN'T BE THAT NIAVE, LAZ? Nobody, and I mean nobody could think of a dumb rule like this?
Guess who would have their perk points deleted first Laz? I'll give you a hint. His callsign starts withe an L, ends with a Z, and has the letter A in the middle.
-
What else can i say?
-
Who needs perks anyway? Practically nobody seems to use them.
-
perk system works fine for me ripley
i take a 262 up every time i want to kill something and not worry about an la7 catching me
i like this better then an rps because i get to choose when i fly what planes.
-
Even so Moose, but I can't see why someone should actualy cry after lost perks.
They're not a relevant factor to success in the MA. Same applies naturally to people who seem to try everything (including country swapping to winner side) to earn perks.
My stand on perks are that they're something that come as you play and enable you to take a dweeb-magnet to air when you need some variation to the game.

You are probly right deja but.... so far, LW guys, some fan of a gay guy with a bad hairdoo and some moron who is stuck on one of the dumbest pieces of science fiction ever written hate the idea.. Sooo... can it really be that bad?
lazs
(laz is that insipid lazer guy)

I must admit the idea, although illustrative of sincere stupidity, is entertaining.

"I must admit the idea, although illustrative of sincere stupidity"
More like insincere stupidity, sincerely meant to stir the pot.

you two should make up what there is of your collective minds.

This is the best joke since that guy suggested that they do away with bombers...wait a minute...it's the same guy.
I thought 2wktrial had the troll of the week until I read this..you win the prize lazs.
Here's a suggestion for HTC, how about subtracting perks from Lazs everytime he posts anything. Anyone if favor?

If this was, in fact, a troll it would be a pretty darn good one. Unfortunately, our little refugee from the short bus means every word of it.

Baaah! As he said this idea regularly comes and go on this board. Must be related to the moon phases, the sun dark spots or slow days at the office...

It could be real fun if the "beefcake" option were implemented, that is player 1 trys to subtract 500 perks from player 2 but player 2 only has 3 perks, the result player 1 looses 500, player 2 only looses 3. Player 2 and everyone else on line would have a pretty good laugh. (need to make it visable so everyone on-line could see the results)
