Why would any terrorist care about Statue of Liberty? They do not give a damn about our liberty. They do not want to enslave us. They want to scare us into withdrawing from their affairs - including stopping our support of their unpopular regimes, withdrawing our troops from the area and our help from Israel and other countries they claim (former soviet republics included).
 If they strike, it will not be for symbolic effect, it will be to cause maximal human casualties.
