Title: Fleet Control...Cease Fire button

A nice addition to the fleet control dialog would be a cease fire button.
This would disable the 8 Inch guns on the cruiser(maybe for 3 miniutes only). It seems inordinatly hard to get some people to stop shelling when the goon is dropping......

Hell.. I'd like it if it simply disabled the CV ack from shooting launching planes.

I think friendly fire can't kill troops.

Anyone tested this recently?

I don't think it can kill players... but it sure used to be able to kill the troops.  At least not the manned guns.

The friendly unmanned ACK definately can.

fleet guns can't kill your troops anymore i believe
