What's your point?

How did GB removing some embassy staff and the foreign secretary saying "this is serious" cause the Indian navy to take up forward positions and their prime minister to make a statement that's almost a declaration of war against Pakistan?

As a student of International Relations in the US, It has come to my attention that a nation must take responsibility for it's actions. In the case of the United States, we are directly responsible for the Sept. 11th attacks, because some other people don't like the fact that we have troops stationed in Saudi Arabia, that we keep Iraq from developing air defense systems, and we support israel (chime in with your own crimes too guys, I know there are more). It's time that the UK take responsibility for this horrible muck up in South Asia, which is a direct result of your decolonization policies. Frankly, I'm surprised the Indians and Pakistanis aren't bombing London, instead of each other (in accordance with the new geopolitical model of the post sept 11th world).
