Title: F4U Problem......?????
Post by: BigHog on May 23, 2002, 02:50:47 PM
I love flying the corsair. It's been my favorite plane since I was a kid and watched Baa Baa Black Sheep series on the tube. This is pretty much the only plane I fly. I have one problem with it and am curious if it's just me. I get this dang blasted rapid movement message and then all i can do is hit the X key until it wears off. I don't have this issue with other planes. I can up another plane without touching my setup and do some eradic manuvers without a problem. The minute I get back in my 1-D I get the frigging message. Any insight would be appreciated.

When you are in the calibration window inside aces high do you see things moving around with your hand off the stick?  If so you should slide up the deadband a bit on that axis.   Can't think of what else it could be.

Thanks Turbot, I will check tonight when I get home. I figured it should effect all the planes I fly if this was the case. None the less new to the game and the board. Thanks again!

When the pots in my TM were going bad I noticed it first in the Hog.  I had to replace the stick.
