My bet goes with Cabby ;) I've been to San Fran and used to live about 15 miles north of there in Kentfield (Marin County) I would NOT hang out in the city. Too many cool places in Marin.

Is it possible to sue a public official for something he's done in performing of his duty?
Also, how do we know that the attack he was allegedely warned about was not prevented and 9/11 was just another attack he did not know about?
