Seriously, Paint Shop Pro is a wonderful tool :)

To answer your question Viper17 Yes the text buffer is pure fiction :) and the F86 is a cut and paste out of a screen shot from "Target Korea" Which looks awesome by the way but seems to be taking forever to even reach open beta. :(
