yep, it's a question concering their level of civilization

sort of like dealing with savages in many ways

Seems it may be the spark for the next "big one" too - India vs Pakistan

Himmmmm?   No responeses to this one...?  Nothing about "Aren't we all the same....?"  or  'Can't we just live together...?"  Or better yet "How can you judge cultures...?"
