It's been about a year or so since I played AW, And I have to say this is a major step up. I have noticed no flaming in the radio buffer. I was suprised at that. No warping that is bothersome. The flight models are excellent for a MMP sim. I have spent a lot of time on the IL2 servers in full real and this is going to take a little getting used to. The graphics are outstanding and give you the feeling of being in a 3d world. I have a lot of learning to do on the strat end but will figure it out in time. There are a few things that are a little troubleing, I have been trying to set up the stick, Thrustmaster cougar, so it doesn't bounce the nose of the aircraft. But in every thing I tried I get a slight bounce with the slightest movement of the stick, Its as if your pointing the aircraft instead of flying it. I'll just keep playing with it But one thing is sure, they have another paying customer.

Welcome to AH Weaselsan!
Sounds like you're going to be a fine addition to the AH community. Don't worry too much about the nose bounce, a lot of guys have that problem when they first start. It is usually caused by overcontrolling, give it a couple of weeks and you'll be well used to the small control movements needed for AH. My advice is to patrol the help and training forum for tips on playing AH and set yourself up with a trainer for the things you haven't worked out yourself.
If you see me online feel free to jump over to Rooks and wing up for some free pony lessons. ;)

Welcome to AH.
I used to fly FR in AW. It is quite a change from that.
As to your problems of bouncing, first, have you tried using combat trims? this feature will allow automatic trims. Second, on your control panel for TM Cougar, have you tried fiddling with the deflection curves. I increased mine for the X and Y axis to 1% from the default zero and made quite a difference. Three, have you taken a look at player websites? I forget whose, but there was one site I distinctly remember described a step by step method on how to handle bouncing problems.
I do the 1st and 2nd here, and quite happy with the results. Of course, on my end it takes some getting used to.
Hope this helps.
