Title: best antivirus for xp?

I currently have no antivirus software for my new puter,
I dont open any email without a personal message atached.
That method will soon fail me, tho, I fear.
  What is the best antivirus software for win xp?

Not sure if it is best but I'm using AVG from Grisoft ( http://www.grisoft.com/html/us_index.htm ) and it works great in XP (better than two others I did try earlier...) and best thing is its free. It also checks both incoming and outgoing mails.

Norton AV 2002 seems to work just fine for me on XP. It also scans email. But it costs $50 so your mileage may vary.
