Would anyone ever be interested in starting a p38 squad that flies for the Rook team?  If anyone is interested, get back to me =)

P-38 pilots dont need squads.

I'm averaging 4+ kills per sortie, all by my lonesome.

Wingmen only slow you down. If you are wise, use them as bait.
