was: new pc help - http://www.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=54706
im am getting (mouse-graphics) stutters like that of my settings being set too high... however i have a Athlon 1000 running the same settings. Only difference in the two is one is running w98 other (with problem) wXP. Can the problem be with not enough ram? both are identical systems except for os and processor.

What version of the video drivers are you running? Go here (http://www.abitboy.com/betawin9x.htm)
and download the 14.10 WHQL Drivers. Also go to c:\programfiles \ htc \ aceshigh \ settings. Find the video7.cfg file. Delete it and restart the game. When the menu pops back up choose the same video settings as your desktop, choose disable palletized textures, enable mip mapping and unlimited frame rates.
