I downloaded a few of the newest terrains on the HTC DL page.
I only tried to launch from a few bases and ran into more errors than I expected.
Planes that launch from VH's (break tails off etc.) and odd ball spawn points.

I used F5 to fly around the terrains and shot the following pics from just a couple of them.

umm thats why none of those are "main arena" terrains. They are all user made for a specific use. Scenarios, tods. even the ct. In the main everyone would certainly spot those minor faults but how they are used folks rarely see every part of the terrain.

You could always make your own. We could use a good solomons map for the ct if you would like to show up those amatures :)

He knows you CM's usually close the vh bases for planes right?

Some of the spawn points are indeed a bit odd.. I'd say launching from 20k feet is a bit odd LOL

Oh btw the Germany map has a few um... easter eggs... easter eggs you can use like hidden reload pads.

yeah if hes checking the terrains offline he has good powers to set up what planes and vehicles can spawn where. Thats not map maker thing but a cm thing.

BenDover, if you're referring to my post, on the show Survior they got to vote people off the show. In this case I was referring to Skyviper's posts. He seems to have a great deal of criticism for other folks work and yet I can't seem to find any terrains he has done.

(Sorry Dover, its a joke based off an American commercial..)
