Title: Buffluff'n Rock 'n Roll
Post by: SkyVon on February 10, 2001, 02:38:00 PM
For those us/you that were in high school in the late 70's, you may remember a band called Kansas.  It seems they all got back together (like what 70's band hasn't?).  The reason I'm posting is that their first song Icarus II is about a buff mission, presumably over Germany.  Only buff R&R song I can recall.

Even if you don't like the music, you'll have to appreciate the P-47 on the album cover...man, I'm dating myself...CD cover!

30 Seconds Over Tokyo -- Pere Ubu
Classic tune.  Also good is Mission of Burma's live cover (on: The Horrible Truth About Burma)
