It'd really be funny to see the vulching breed eradicated this way (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
Course then you'd have them waiting in medium base orbit waiting for jato/rato to wear off and swoop in in a timely manner (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/redface.gif)

How about the idiots that try to take off from a capped field and then squeak about people vulching them......they should fly too (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

If we're getting JATO in 1.06, there's only ONE reason for it.
The Me323 Gigant, which often used JATO packs to assist during takeoff.
Fingers crossed (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Actually JATO is needed for Ar 234 blitz which used it too.

I think Jigster was referring to people that only fly to bases that are ack-suppressed, hoping to run up those big streaks in a "defensively diminished, optimum opportunity" environment. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

SwampRat, theWobble... you're both wrong.
The first thing you should know about the Legend of the Rocket Car is that it's been around longer than most people think. It started years ago, as a vague rumor passed from one guy to the next by word of mouth, usually in bars or during lunch-break roadkill sessions. The kind of story someone hears from a friend who read it in a magazine a long time ago. It's a story that comes out of nowhere, gets passed around for a while, then dies out. And whenever it flickers back to life, it seems to spread like a grass fire. I used to think it was funny how it managed to spread so fast purely by word of mouth, but now that it's become a subject of Internet interest, its popularity is downright spooky.
