Now now this is not a flame fest....

But yesterday at around 4 pm eastern time...at around the base a35...way up north of knightlandia.

Me and my squaddies take off....1 HellKitty(me), 2 38's, and a 109

climb climb..cause we see BIG BIG red DAR bar :)

now as we approche said base, what do we see......0 to 5k...we see about 10 spits....5 to 10k...we see about 10 spits....10 to 20k...10 more spits....oh and about 15 fuggin LA7's. In all that confusion of spits and la7's....i saw a beautiful image.

Outta nowhere comes this beautiful P51D Mustang.

Not bad at least 1 BISH had a beautiful plane.

According to the stats someone posted in another thread, p51ds come in next after la7 in percentage of kills. I know I see a lot of p51s .

one day I'm going to remember the C202 is actually in the MA planeset.  I've only flown it in the Tunisia CT setup, and it was really fun.  :)

There was a squad in WB that would do F4F raids in the late war. 20 or so Wildcats inbound, lot of fun.

That and Kekule would organize Sunday night Ki43 base capture raids, great time.

The 308(Polish) are proud to be spitdweebs - way to go Gold Coast! Of course, we fielded a group of 7 Mosquitoes in the CT for two hours Tues night - that was fun too
