I e-mailed billing@hitechcreations.com last week but I've received no confirmation that the mail even arrived there. What gives?

Depending on the urgency, I'd either post in the Internet forum and see if Skuzzy has your ISP black-holed for spamming, or just call HTC and sort it out that way.
