There's something really odd there:
It says 1100 Mhz Athlon XP, but there is no such processor exists. The XP 1500+ (lowest XP speed grade available) runs at 1333 Mhz. If 1100 Mhz is in fact the true clockspeed then I'd suspect your system is running the FSB at 100 mhz instead of 133 Mhz. This would be the case for an XP 1700 + CPU (1466 Mhz true clockspeed) running at 100 mhz rather than 133 Mhz fsb.
The GF 2 Mx is certainly a bottleneck as well, but should give you good enough framerates.
