Anyone order thier Cougar from these people, or any other expierience with the company.(credit card getting itchy)

If thats the same guy who has been spamming the AH boards, SimHQ and Cougarworld be careful I don't think they accept returns if I remember correctly.

I've used FSCentral (http://www.fscentral.com/) and received a set of TM Elite pedals in a matter of days of my order which surprised me as I live in the UK. They were polite and very helpful with my enquiries before ordering and I'd have no problem recommending them to anyone. (and no I don't work for them :) )

Looks like the Cougar is $15 cheaper at CCUSA though.  :)

I had pre-ordered some time ago (like July) and they were good enough to send me a reminder that the product was due out soon and asked if I still wanted to complete the order.  Then someone took the time out to reply to my reply with a "thanks, we'll get it to you as soon as we can."

It shipped the day they were released.

I would (and did) go the Flight Sim Central route too.  Great service and a 30-day return policy.  If I got recieved my Cougar in a damaged condition, I'd much rather deal with them than with TM.

I ordered my Cougar from ccusaonline and I've had no trouble with the unit I recieved.

They were behind some of the other venders in recieving their initial batch of Cougars, but once they got them in they shipped mine promptly. You might want to make sure they have a unit in stock before you order, and don't let them charge your CC until they ship.
