Title: Black Hawk Down on DVD

Hey, just thought I would let you all know, if you didn't already, that Black Hawk Down was released today on DVD.  If you have a DVD player, I would go get this movie now.  The DVD doesn't have a ton of extras, but the movie is all you really need.

Ya, wife brought it home from Costco today.  Just going through the extras now.

FYI, a pal who runs a DVD review site said that in November a 2 disc special edition is coming out.

Somewhere around this time the Band of Brothers DVD set will be out to, or earlier.

The Special Edition, which will be out later this year, is rumored to be packed with stuff, and the version out now is said to be rather bare bones.

Got the R3 version about 5 weeks ago, exactly the same ...although I did find "the making of" part fairly interesting if not brief

Would anyone consider buying me a copy and sending it over to the UK? I'll bung you the money first if youre worried about payment. I assume I can fool my WinDVD software into playing it. We don't get the film till september.
