Title: Announcement: Whine thread of the week

Ok due to some suggestions I have decided to make the Whine picture threads a Weekly feature.

For now on every Sunday there will be a thread containing all the whines that were picked up on the chat each week.  I'm expecting to have multiple pictures (due to the sheer amount you can get in 1 hour :D) on these threads.

Overall this is gonna be a new feature your gonna enjoy :D

where it says attach file on the bottom click browse and select your image.  Make sure it's not over 102400 bytes (remember a Kilobyte is more than 1000 bytes)

I actually kinda of like them Soviet.  They tend to show ourselves our reflection in the mirror, its not always beautiful, its sometimes funny...I think if we can laugh at ourselves, makes us a better person as a whole.  May even curb some adolescent online behavior too (but I ain't holding my breath) ;)
