Title: External view on Vehicles / boats

Hi

Can anybody help? I cannot get external view on vehicles / boats. When flying an airplane, using F3 I get normal external view of the plane, but this does not work with vehicles or boats.

online u can only have an external view in bombers, for ALL other aircraft, vehicles and boats the external view is disabled.
