I just got home from work and my nearly 3 year old son had two light plastic tubes in his hand. He wanted Daddy to "play" lightsabres with him. He has become quite a Star Wars freak ever since his uncle gave us all the tapes the Rogue Squadron game for the computer.
So...I started to fense a bit with him.
After a bit I wanted to stop so I suggested that he was "Skywalker" and that he could kill me - Vader. He frowned and in a growly voice said "I am Emperor"
uh oh :(
I'm afraid....very afraid.
:D

Quick! Throw him into the bottomless pit! :D
Sump pump will work too if you don't have a bottomless pit handy.

Maybe you could trade him in for a girl? :)
I had too turn off "The Lion King" for my nearly 3 year old daughter today, it was a bit too intense.

True..... The "Empire Marsch" was pretty much voted the Bf109G anthem on the BBS. :)

That's cool Curval. I remember doing the same thing with my dad when I was 4 or 5. :) Except I was the good guy!

ROFL, that's classic Curval, what the hell do you teach these kids ;)
the "Empirial March" was my Wife and I's entrance music at our Wedding Reception. After threatening for a year to have that as our Procession music, she slipped it in there at the end. It was very funny.

hehe...
I told my wife after he said it that I checked for a numbered tatoo on his head after he said that!

Every object that appears to be a "light saber" has been confiscated by both my 3 and 6 yr old son. We too saw the movie, and rented the entire trilogy of Star Wars...amazing what their imaginations come up with for light sabers! :)
(Editted Nifty, you old school teacher!)
