I have a fightersystems stand in black, I could be persuaded into giving it away to a good home since I haven't set it up since I started playing again, and don't really have the room for it in my new office.  It's been in a box since I moved a year ago.

Stick goes on right side of keyboard, it is attached to a piece of wood that fits into the space to the right of the monitor's one.

Throttle on left side

Rudders are moved forward and lean against a piece of wood to avoid slipping on carpet.

My elbow support is unparalleled.

I just own a CH F16 Combatstick and TM Elite pedals, no throttle. Nothing as advanced as those setups...certainly no arrangement for HOTAS.

I have to fight my fights using keys to change views and track enemies...and I still kill and spank people with HOTAS setups in a regular basis :P :D

My new motto after watching this thread...

"It's not the HOTAS...its the pilot"

(lol)

Do you have the stick between the legs to feel more manly? or does it serve another pupose? :)

Yeah, before getting this setup in October I used a Saitek twisty stick with keyboard.

I actually found it more efficient/quicker to keep track of enemies using the twisty stick/keypad combination than it is now with stick and throttle, but now it's much easier for me to use cheap tactics like shutting my engine off and using flaps, as well as differential throttle settings.

Looks like mine but I bet I have the olderest Saitek around. 4 Year old Gameport that's had its Pots replaced 8 times(every 6 months) and some 4 year old Elite Pedals. Saitek just rocks with all the programmable stuff. I have AA, AG and NAV modes all mapped to the saitek and it is really hands off the keyboard.

hard
