Title: Idea for training program! Check this HT!

Training system is a great idead. HT.

I would like to see there a system where you can choose your trainer by nationality. If there is a new Finn in his 2week period, he could choose a finnish trainer.   New Spanish could choose Spanish trainer etc. It would be easier to communicate.

My only wish is that I can get the awards from all the past newbies I've trained for free.. :p

I like it!

Hell I might seek some of the fighter jocks help if a few are willing!  

Great idea...I don't mind walking a newbie through flying the buffs.

This all or nothing gratification seems to have its disadvantages.

If there were two or three people who helped me about equally well in my first two weeks i would have a hard time choosing one of them as favourite trainer. A rating system with e.g. 0 to 5 stars or something would make it easier.
