Title: A few errors in the CT setup will be fixed later on today.

Sorry I had to rush to setup before work this morning
These items will be fixed when i get home from work:

1) Nighttime issue
2) C47 at vbases and ports
3) A29 - no fighters
4) GVs not enabled
5) Free Beer in the tower not enabled

No planes on the Axis CV either.
