The end was kind of anti-climatic, but the rest of it I thought was really cool :D

Actually i just got back from seeing it

and i thought it was incredibly good

enough plot twists to keep me on the edge of my seat

Is it considered a remake if the first version (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0094791) was made for television?

Sort of.  More or less the same story, but it has been modernized.

Best spy movie I've seen in ages, although I thought the orignal was better.  But I suppose it alway is.
