Actually using 2 Kignston Valueram PC2700 256MB modules (banks 1 and 2), but not satisfied at all with its performance and stability with FSB 133 and RAM set to 166, rest parameters set to "By SPD".
Any good advice about DDR333 modules for Via KT333 chipset board?

usin MSI KT 333 mobo now for 5 month and i realy hapy with after the bad experinces with kt 266 a rev 2
about memory , well i runing high quality 2100 ram at 166 with no problem at all , not a 1 crash in all the history but the real performance up is to set it at CLK 2 !!!!
if u use it at CLK 2.5 is it jsut same like a 133 set speed
go for some extra heat sinks < originaly designed for video card memory > becose all the thing heating realy bad ,and even memory modules goin creazy hot , and i inserted ram modules in slot 1 and 3 do no but seems work beter :)

isn't CAS 2 usually set for mem set at 133 and 2.5 for 166?
Do you have your memory set to 166 and CAS 2 at the same time?
-
yes if i use cas 2.5 is it no reason to use 2700 it perform exactly like 2100 at cas 2.0

It is well worth spending the money to get good quality memory, especially if you want the CAS 2 stuff and intend to overclock. Many people ignore this and have system problems they can't seem to diagnose.
I have two 512MB sticks of OCZ technologies CAS 2 333mhz DDR and it has been great stuff so far. These sticks come with aluminum heat spreaders on them already.

Do u have the OCZ web page?

I bought mine from Newegg when I ordered all the rest of the components.

Each stick cost me $148...dunno what the going price is right now though.

I just found an oficial OCZ distributor in Spain, I'll ask them today about their catalog, thanks Warp.
