I am one of them lazy people, I fly the bf-110 and by default carry 4 bombs. If I don't need them or find myself jumped, I jettison my bombs. Now does this count as hit percentages on the score page? Does it reflex my overall scoring? How about if i drop them while taxing off runway, ( they by default do no damage under 500 feet).

If you drop them and hit nothing, it counts against your hit %.
I would suspect the same to be true if you dropped them too low as well.

I'm a lousey shot anyway, so a few more misses when jetisoning unneeded stores doesn't trouble me.
I have all fighters capable of carring external stores so loaded so I can get them in the air quickly if need be. Nothing worst than rotating at a field then finding a hord of gvs inbound, and no external stores.
Main thing is to have fun. Don't worry about the game's scoring system. You'll know if you're doing well by how much entertainment you derive from the game. That's all that counts.

A thought I had... would it depend on if you have 'Fighter' or 'Attack' selected? No idea if it would, just curious now...

Jettisoning the ordenance should not count for hit %. What about a button to arm the bombs. If you drop them unarmed, it counts only as ordenance jettisoning, else, it counts as bombing and it will count for your hit %. Of course, if you dont arm the bombs, they will not explode when hit the ground.
