From the data you present it is obvious that Dale has overmodeled the chutes!!! This is outrageous and must be corrected.  They have entirely too much lift allowing the falling pilot to conetmplate his navel while it holds salt for his onions way too long.  The armor rating needs to be adjusted also so that it takes more than 3000 30 mm  rounds to destroy it.
The view from the chute is also incorrect.  I can not see my shoelaces.
Also CHUTES SHOULD BE PERKED...if you don't use perk points you don't have the option to bail!@!!!!
Add these corrections in 1.1 immeadiately (or two weeks - whichever you prefer)
