I will be in Japan for a few weeks on business and i was wondering if there were any WW2 aviation museums that are worth seeing?

Offtopic but remember use your both hands when giving your businesscards! :D

Yes, there are. I'm not familiar with the names and locations of the various museums there, but I do know that if you want to see Georges, Kates, Vals, and various other rare military artifacts, you should take the time to find out where they are. There's even a full-scale replica of the battleship Yamato - used in the filming of "Tora! Tora! Tora!" located in one of the bays (Tokyo Bay maybe?).
On the flight over, don't forget about the dangers of Deep Vein Thrombosis - blood clots that form in veins and soft tissue from staying in one position for too long. People have died from DVT clots moving through the blood stream and blocking a critical artery.

A restored Zero 52 will be on display during August at a (car) museum near Mt Fuji (Lake Kawaguchi). The museum has other aircraft on display- not just cars.
It really depends on where in Japan you're going, so a little more info will help.
fullback (who is not Japanese, but lives near Tokyo)

yep, I live in Osaka. If you are coming this way, it might be fun to hook up one evening. Let us know where and when.
