Title: Buff durability??

Was something changed to make buffs weaker?  Attacks that in 1.09 were fairly easy to fend off are now nearly impossible.  Several times, I've had a single p51 dive, and take out three b17's/b26's in a single pass.  So what was changed that wasn't mentioned?
