Everyone. This is BlueiceJ - CO of the VF-2 "Rippers". I am looking for an XO for my squad. I am also looking to recruit as many people as I can. If you are interested in either an XO position or just being in a squad, please email me at BlueiceJr2004@aol.com

Starting a squad is tough! Have you given any consideration to joining one of the established squads? Seriously, they can not only give you experience in how to fight, but also experience in how to recruit and set up a squad. I have learned more in the last 6 months with a squad than I could have ever learned on my own. Besides, there are just too many "normal" squads to choose from... now if ya was russkie.... lol.... ;)

LOL yeah I was in the VMF 323 Death Rattlers with Ripsnort for about 4-5 months. I have a lot of experience in this game before that on my dad's handle anyways. I know that created a squadron is very hard, I am trying to not let it get to me so much.
