ok how do u make a pic smaller in bites so u can post it...?

Save it as a compressed file like a JPG file.  Most graphics programs will let you adjust the level of compression to even make the file smaller.

converts different pic-formats (also batches, whole folder if needed), re-sizes, compresses jpgs etc etc.

and it's freeware.
