Title: UN peacekeeping in Bosnia.

I can't seem to find a definate answer to this one.

Did the US veto all peacekeeping operations there, or just say that they would not participate?

the US said they are withdrawing US troops because they don't want US troops to be tried in international court for "keeping the peace"

they were suppose to be home how many Xmas' ago?
