What's wrong with that? A cloud at 0 AGL is just fog. With so many fields available would it be so terrible if a few were closed to landings by fog ocassionally?
-
My votes for FOG. Great idea 715

Add the dust storms that Mars is famous for!

Maybe we're to get particle clouds too ? :D
-

I believe one of the Stalingrad maps used to get clouds at ground level over some fields, now that really did add to the game taking off in fog with a guaranteed chance of lifting without being vulched :)
-
there are often loads of clouds over deserts. It just doesn't rain. Just thought I'd mention it.
-
I'd love to see fog :)
-
BTW, the pretty weather has gone to Burma. You'll find it in the CT. Cya there.

I live in a desert not unlike the Pizza map terrain. We have gotten about 0.3 inches of rain this season. But we do have clouds relatively often. Sometimes it rains but then evaporates before making it to the ground. Sometimes it rains during a dust storm and ends up raining mud on you. One thing it never does is get green.

I want to see different cloud layers in Aces High. :)
Especially high cloud and middle cloud.
Here is a list of clouds...
High Cloud
1. Cirrus (height: over 30000ft)
2. Cirrocumulus (height: 26000ft - 32000ft)
3. Cirrostratus (height: over 30000ft)

Middle Cloud

I don't know how many frame rates they will eat.
But Warbirds III already supported different cloud layers, so I think it is not impossible.
