Title: Heya, Newbie help?

I've got a guy who emailed me via our website, and is looking to give AH a try.  Rather than attempt to answer his questions via email, it seems that I remember someone having a newbie help guide that went over stuff like how to take of and land, etc.

Anyone point me towards that so I can in turn point him towards it?

And if your domain has a .cy on the end, what country are you from?
