Well, KNIGHTS WON THE RESET !!!!!!!!!!!! W)()((()()()()()()()()())(T!!!!!!!!!!!!! and guess who we beat... the BISH ;)
AND reset now get 40 perks not 25 or 20 HAHAHAH sweet

First reset of this pizza map... amazing? and to think the knights could do it!!!!!!!!!

I thought the Bish did pretty good.  The rooks and knights made no pretense of fighting each other, so we had roughly 3 to 1 odds.  OTOH, we had lots of targets and I had a fun evening.

As to you, I think your parents somehow avoided the clorine in the gene pool.   What a shame. :)

Wow, that comes as a bit of a surprise. I really didn't think that map would be reset. It will be interesting to see how it plays out the next couple of times we're in it.

When I went to bed it was 2:30 AM Eastern and bish were down to 16 bases . Question when did the reset happen ?

I want to know too...I had to give it up around 2am eastern.

I'd guess by the time stamp on ZeroPing's post it must have been around 4:30am.

Great job Knights!!  And AK, I know you guys put up some awsome defense last night too.  That attack on V5 up north was a great move.  If it had worked there might not have been a reset.

But Curly, you're right, I know everyone flying Knights last night was saying how fantastic it would be to reset the Bish on their own map, so I'd guess the Rooks were thinking the same thing.

Damn! I stayed up 'till after 3AM Central just to see the reset. Bish down to 2 bases and poof went my Internet connection. Oh well, S! Knights, well done.

You got 40 pts?  I only got 20 in all three plane types :(

As for the gang-bang.  There was quite a bit of action going on at the south end of the map (Knight vs Rook) so it wasn't a complete 2 on 1...not even that close to being 2 on 1.   I fought down south once and saw many Rooks attacking one of our fields.  I think, at that point (bish down to 8 flds), the fight was to see who would win the reset ;).

The Bish still did a fine job of defending what they had left.  At one point I dove into such a large FP that new planes kept appearing as others died (whats the vis max here?).   What a rush!

What a THRILL for you guys! WTG!

Did you guys get a neat new pocket protector with those "we won a reset" perk points?

I'd have been there but like a lot of other Bishops I was out with a real woman doing real neat things that I can't tell you young ones about yet instead of sitting at a bloody computer till the wee hours.

Map reset happened around 3:15 AM Central US. There were around 60 Bish fighting from one airfield after the last CV group (242) they had got dropped. We were rushing the last Vehicle base (51) and airfield (34) at the same time and each trying to close it out.

I think the Rooks ended up with around 105-110 bases and we Knights ended up with around 140 or so. Plus the Rooks kept trying to hit us hard in some areas in the south but we kept pushing pilots into those areas and massing on the Bish to wipe them out.

It was a VERY good time to fly. I got on at around 10pm Central and flew solid except for 3 discoes around 2am.
