Title: Flames Over Malta Frame 3 Postponed

Many apologies to everyone who turned up for today's TOD.  After two arena resets, it was decided to postpone the frame until next week, when hopefully things will be more stable.  Hope to see you all next week and that we can complete this frame!    :)
