is wierd and I want to check it against 190a5, 190f8, 190a8

Good thing for you they've got the "bullet tester" thing coming in 1.08 then  :).  

I agree with you, the trajectory feels different in the Dora than in the A5 and A8, but I think that I fool myself into thinking that because the Dora has that tremendously long nose that makes it harder to figure out the lead right (for me anyway).

It matters to me.. I'm used to seeing a plane in a particular spot relative to the gunsight- in the Dora a plane in that spot is more than likely going to be hidden by the nose, making deflection shooting much more difficult.

The 190A8 and 190D9 should have 99.99999% same frontal view from the cockpit, as they have nearly identical bulges for the MG131 and these bulges are in the same position relative to the cockpit coaming, gunsight, windshield, overall cockpit placement, seat placement and view of the pilot. There is no way the longer nose changes any of this. You cant even see the nose in the vast majority of the time. And the gunsight and call other relevant features are in exactly the same position relative to the wingroot guns as in the 190A8, so this is NOT a possible factor either.

IF, IF, IF something is different in the 190D9s gunnery compared to the 190A8 it SHOULD NOT have any thing to do with the nose. I am saying the longer nose is in NO WAY any possible cause for any possible and reported difference in 190D9 gunnery compared to 190A8.

I don't know honestly.. I have a much easier time with deflection shooting in a 190A8 or a 190A5 then I do in the Dora.  Of course, it could be you have twice the firepower in the A series, so you get more hits.  I honestly don't know.  

I love the Dora, it is a great bird.  I just have a tough time shooting in it sometimes.

Haven't researched it, but did the longer nose change the center of lift very much?

If center of lift moved and guns, gunsight, et al. remained the same could this be cause for a difference?

Like I said, no research, just a thought.

I think the "gun tester" could well be a great addition.
