Hm.  No, according to the University of Iowa Health Sciences website, "Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted bacteria that infects men, women and infants. An estimated 1 million cases of gonorrhea are reported each year while at least that same number go unreported."

So I'm pretty sure it comes from unprotected sexual intercourse and not through cancelling accounts in Aces High and starting new ones under a new shades name.
